I just ran across a Moslem woman who was wearing one of those modified burkas - it left most of her face uncovered, but her head and neck were veiled. She was wearing it with 3" heels.
Does that make any sense to you? I figured one must cancel out the other, in a theological sense.

Not that I find that this makes any sense to me, but it was explained to me that they are dressing to impress their women friends. Under the shroud they may be in the top designer clothes.
