Working through my ignorance with your help.
I didn't realize that Buenos Aires had picturesque canals like Venice... but their gondolas are a bit unglamorous..
Those Argnetines, they're such splashy people!
And the Argentines are, too.(Dratted spelling errors. Grumble grumble grumble.)
Bet those umbrella didn't help much.
You'd need to be inside a completely spherical one.
